Universal Relocations encountered challenges in tracking relocation requests received from various sources, including difficulties in monitoring container information and shipments. Additionally, they needed an effective communication system to send recommendations, quotes, and frequent updates to their customers
How Aekot's Salesforce Expertise Revolutionizes Universal Relocations
To address these challenges, our team implemented Web-to-Lead and custom REST APIs from Salesforce to bring leads from external systems into the platform. We also designed a custom lead assignment logic and a data model to track shipments, containers, and groupage-related information. Quotes were generated and sent from Salesforce to provide customers with reference information. Furthermore, we integrated RingCentral with Salesforce to track calls between the support team and customers. Multiple email triggers were created to enhance communication with clients, and Salesforce became the central hub for all incoming leads. The platform allowed for easy tracking of the progress of shipments, deliveries, and payments. With effective communication through emails and calls, our solution enabled Universal Relocations to provide timely updates and information to their customers.
